Welcome to Ellen's Gourmet Fudge. We assume that you are on this site because you love chocolate. If that really is the case, you won’t be disappointed with our fudge creations. Our milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate fudge is very smooth.

A few years ago, we came across an old family recipe for fudge. We made some for our friends for Christmas and soon the word got out. Our Christmas fudge list grew so large that we spent most of our free time during the holidays making fudge.

Our friends begged us to start selling it so they could enjoy it year-round. And the rest, as they say, is history! You'll love our fudge any time of year. It is great for any occasion, but best as a special treat for no occasion at all.

We offer many different flavors and nut combinations. Our fudge is sent to you in round 8oz metal tins. It is best served at room temperature.
